Two Serial Northern Entrepreneurs Launch £15m Fund to Back AI Innovation in the UK

Co-founders Guy Remond and Gary Fletcher, seasoned entrepreneurs with a track record of success, lead this ambitious fund, which targets pre-seed, seed, and Series A stages over the next three years. The fund has a £15 million investment target, supporting UK-based entrepreneurs as they redefine their industries with AI innovation.

EHE Ventures also recently received approval as an Appointed Representative of Infinity Asset Management LLP, a firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

"AI is transforming industries at a pace we've never seen before, and UK entrepreneurs are at the heart of that change," said Guy Remond, co-founder of EHE Ventures. "With this fund, we're not just providing capital – we're bringing a venture studio model backed by AI tech capability and expertise, offering hands-on support, helping founders navigate early challenges to build resilient, scalable businesses."

And his co-founder, Gary Fletcher remarked “At EHE, we’re all about entrepreneurs helping entrepreneurs. We’ve walked in founders' shoes, faced those early hurdles, and know the value of real, hands-on guidance. This fund is our way of giving back to those daring to reshape industries with AI. As Guy points out, it’s more than just capital; it’s seasoned support from people who’ve been there and succeeded. We’re here to bridge the gap and bring experience to the table, so founders don’t have to go through it alone.”

EHE’s fund launch was celebrated with an exclusive event at Everyman Cinema in Manchester, where AI innovators, the investment community, and strategic partners came together to mark the occasion. Guy and Gary shared their vision for the fund, highlighting its unique venture studio approach through a strategic partnership with The Startup Factory (TSF).

This model equips founders not only with funding but also with expert guidance from experienced entrepreneurs, a structure that has already led to successful exits across multiple ventures.

Gary Fletcher added, "At EHE, we’re all about entrepreneurs helping entrepreneurs. We’re here to bridge the gap and bring experience to the table, so founders don’t have to go through it alone."

EHE’s core Fund Advisory Team brings together seasoned professionals across private equity, finance, technology, and operations:

  • Andy Grove, Non-Executive Chairman, with over 30 years in private equity and corporate finance.

  • Neil Vose, Venture Partner.

  • Jack Worne, Venture Associate & Head of Investor Relations.

  • Pete Evison, Operations Director.

  • Elliot Smith & Ross Faith, Co-Investment Directors
